Deutsche Reserve Kb “Know Your Customer” requirements:
For Individual Clients:
- Duly certified copies of their valid passports
- Duly certified copies of 2nd piece of Identification, such as Driver’s Licenses or National IDs
- Utility Bills of Credit Card Statements or Bank Account Statements (they must be not older than 3 months) to verify their residential status
For Corporate clients:
- Duly certified basic corporate documents (Certificate of Incorporation; Memorandum & Articles of Association; Appointment of First Directors etc)
- Duly certified Incumbency Certificates
- Duly certified Good Standing Certificates
- Also passport copies and other docs. for the persons appearing in the Articles, the Incumbency Certificates etc (see below)
